Terms of payment

• within 7 days after confirmation of your reservation, we ask for a deposit of at least 25% of the total rent
• after we have received your down payment, your reservation is final
• You owe the remainder no later than 6 weeks before arrival
• we require a deposit of 375 Naf for the Studios and Naf 500 for the Main House and the villa. This will be paid on the spot upon arrival and will be returned upon departure, deducted from any air conditioning costs, final cleaning and defects.

Cancellation charges

• in case of cancellation up to 60 days before arrival date, the cancellation costs are 25% of the total rent
• in case of cancellation up to 30 days before arrival date, the cancellation costs are 50% of the total rent
• in case of cancellation up to 7 days before arrival date, the cancellation costs amount to 90% of the total rent
• after that, the cancellation costs are 100% (the total rent)
• we advise you to take out cancellation insurance.
